: No, I'm saying the Forerunners themselves admit that whatever resources or : actions they performed in their war, they concentrated too much on the : Mantle, and saving species, instead of killing the Flood. They may have : built an 'n' number of Sentinels, but whatever they did, they didn't : defeat the Flood with it because their priorites were in such a way to be : in accordance with the Mantle. But still, nothing about the Mantle was stopping them from building a massive armada of Sentinels to stop the Flood, which I am assuming was their top priority.
