I said they weren't sending troops into combat when they could glass the planets from orbit, I never said that major military forces were being discontinued. There's not even any evidence of this taking place, either. No, but what's the point of deploying military soldiers onto a planet's surface when you're going to glass it? They weren't deploying troops into the planets' surfaces in the first place! That's funny, because a single post ago you said, "When the hell did I say(major military presence on planets had been discontinued)?! I said they weren't sending troops into combat when they could glass the planets from orbit, I never said that major military forces were being discontinued. " Looking over this, I see where the miscommunication took place, so I should clarify. They were not sending troops into interventions on planets that were already lost and needed to be cleansed from orbit. That is not evidence that they were disarming their forces, as those troops would still be used to defend planets they already controlled in addition to whatever mechanical units they had.
