(Peptuck) : Again, you keep saying that deployig billions of Sentinels would have won the : war,w hen we'vee seen sentinel performance against energy weapons like : what the forerunner used and what the Flood would have access to, and we : don't know what the Flood were like during the Forerunners' time. In other : words, you need to prove the Sentinels would win in the first place. Based off the performance in the Ghosts of Onyx and even in the Halo games themselves in large numbers. : They weren't deploying biological troops against the Flood. The troops : defending the planet were already stationed there when it was attacked, : and there's no evidence they were Forerunner troops and not the local : planetary defense force. I'm just saying that the deployment of massive numbers of robot soldiers against the Flood is inherently logical and useful.
