Either they didn't produce Sentinels because they didn't have the factories, or they did produce Sentinels but they were ineffective, which is consistent with their showing in all three games thus far. : Even at the end of the war, their resources strained, they managed to produce : the Onyx facility. Surely closer to the start of the war it'd be that much : easier to make many Sentinel factories? If they had the tech to produce those factories. You need to prove they could before the end of the war.
