Evidence they could have mass-produced Sentinels prior in the war. You're saying they "should" have won the war and now bringing up "could" if the sitation was different, which it evidently wasn't. : If they were, they would have won. =) Again, provide evidence that they weren't deploying Sentinels in the numbers you suggest aside from this claim, which is essentially "because I say so." : From Halopedia: The fact that The Halos were scattered around the galaxy also : hints at the possibility that the Forerunner empire covered most, if not : all, of the galaxy. Irrelevant. That only proves the Forerunner could move the facilities around the galaxy, which is already apparent by the fact that they can build them at the Ark. That doesn't require Forerunner control of the galaxy.
