: Part of the purpose of Ghosts of Onyx was to discredit I Love Bees, or at : least Durga/Yasmine/Sleeping Princess/etc. She was kidnapped, which didn't : happen to the Spartan-III's. The S-III's were just orphaned children from : the human worlds that the Covenant had destroyed. Maybe they started out with orphans, but then some of the recruiters secretly resorted to kidnapping to increase the numbers, and managed to keep it a secret from Kurt?
