I think there may also be a double entendre to his name, sure : it fits in with the 'monitor' naming convention but it is also synonomous : (roughly) with 'Warrant Response' or 'Needs Feedback'. He did hack BNet, he is not BNet. He stated "Forceful entry was inelegant but necessary." He is looking for information/data he stated that he previously hacked Bnet and sufficent data was acquired and now he continues elsewhere. If you look at his last 2 post's he is intruiged by where the Sleeping Princess (Cortana) is. He asked for us to Expound then we asked him the same question again and he stated that "You do not possess that location" and that is when he goes into hibernation. In regards to the Sleeping Princess, could he possibly be interested in Linda-058? She was criogenically frozen at the start of Halo CE.
