: It's not showing up. Only a black box.. any help? Videos seem to have real trouble in being screencapped. I assume you used print screen along with Windows Media Player, close Windows Media Player, and pasted it into Paint. What shows up in Paint will be the same thing on teh Windows Media screen at teh time, so if you clsoe it, it'll be a black box. The oinly way I've found around this is to put the video in some video editing software and use the software to take a snapshot.
