In Response To: For one mouse in 7 escapes by his dallying (Scythopolis Archaeologist) : Don't worry about me, I've got some tricks left. Zephyrr may not be holy, but : he's got our "best interests" in mind. And I get the feeling : he's toying with me a bit, giving me a chance to escape, but perhaps he : just wants to make the chase more exciting. But if he gets too close he'll : find out I'm no mouse; I'm a rat. : I like the way you write, Guardian. We should talk some time. But that'll be

Notice the Guardian? Remember the Chief-Reclaimer. Guardian-The population. This means that there must be artifacts similar to the HALO artifacts at that planet. By this conclusion, the silence of this "rat" was indeed necessary, and finding out what they do is a very significant priority. Also, if you think about his mentioning that the ships share the same name, then you must conclude that that is made to throw off any enemy personnel. This means that the enemies have already learned to identify individual ships from each other. Also, this means that they must be very careful about who knows what is going on, and the evacuation of the planet was indeed impossible, and also that the Archaeologist must again be silenced. The mentioning of the Guardian could also mean that some humans might have grown up in contact with both the Colonies' way of life and the Forerunners' way of life, and that they ended up being raised with forerunner beliefs but not the knowledge of what the relics did. This is because like any civilization everyone doesnt know how everything works, because there needs to be a working class-a common class in order for the whole to survive. The Archaeologist could also be Halsey, because although we know that she is on a ship when we left off, we do not know if she rigged up any cloning devices in order to keep her beliefs known. <-We cannont rule this out because we know they have the ability to clone and we also know that with Halsey's intelligence she might know what to do to make the clone think the way she did. Keep in mind this last suggestion isnt really serious, but the others are. Also, Zephyrr sounds oddly like a Covenant, although without the religious overtones. Is it possible that some Covenant could have been changed to believe as we humans do? It is evident that the COvenant know how to learn our language, at least the Prophets, so is it not possible that some Elites could have been raised to believe as we do? We have not seen any young Covenant, but with all the battles going on there must have been at least one young enough to be taught.
