Anyone from Bungie reading?

I wanted to see if anyone could +rep somebody, or if only admins : could. Anyone can. If it had only been admins that were able to, then it : would have lent credence to the seriousness of this whole ordeal. It does appear to be somewhat serious, though. Maybe someone from Bungie could clear this all up. I don't know. This would appear to be pretty damned elaborate. Assuming it's real, though, this is some pretty big stuff.
