I could see them using hex, maybe... but with that many digits, odds are (99.96% probability) you're going to see A, B, C, D, E, or F SOMEWHERE. But hey, it's a fictional bit of data, and weird things happen with fictional bits of data. As for radians, I dunno... I suppose it's POSSIBLE, but not entirely PLAUSIBLE.
