In Response To: Playing straight through (Rockslider) : Trouble is, even if you get all the way through to the mad stunt-drive at the : end of level 10, it seems to be a fickle business as to whether you : survive the huge jump, even if you land the right way up. Very annoying. How odd. I have never died during that jump. I've been playing Legendary for years, I play the Maw second-most (after AOTCR), and have died in some of the stupidest ways, but never there. Ever.
