Metal Marathon *IMGS*

Well, my dad works at a company that deals with extruding (cutting shapes out of) metal and we decided to get a little project going in our spare time on his trusty CNC machine... It's made out of alluminium, and we didn't do much to polish it - just ran over it with some abrasive paper to clean it up a little before putting on some clear coat. Unfortunately, while it was drying in the garage, a fly or some insect walked all over it. You may not see it from the low-res picture, but it's not all smooth like it should be. :( More to come - we're working on an HBO symbol and then we're moving onto some more complicated things... think a Halo scene engraved and preserved for all time... ;) -Jag
