Relay - a Halo 4 Premake

A remake of the Relay map in Halo 4, as seen in this video: http://www.gamespot.com/halo-4/videos/exclusive-halo-4-forge-mode-details-6397629/ The map was entirely reverse-engineered / backported by looking at this video.
