I think somebody should go add an HBO : definition, since I can't picture Louis saying anything is "cash : money good". I assume it's the equivilent of 'woah', 'wow', or other : exclamations? You assume correctly. I've been using it that way since college; I picked it up there (from people who used it the same way). Dunno where THEY started...
