Cortana is in control of highcharity, and I.A.C. No flood are going to earth on either of them. There may be flood on the old ship, and it may reach earth, and spread. Personally i like killing covenant more than flood, so i hope we have a huge fight with the covenant first. Altho if flood do make it, an awesome alternate ending, like in halo 1 if you fail to escape you blow up, would be for it to show the earth with flood spore clouds all around it instead of white ones. and flood walking and roaming the empty, foggy streets of a destroyed city.
