Its based of a slightly modified Halo Engine, thats the only news we've ever been given, but that came from a source who called it "Fantasy Siege" so, who knows. However, if the source is true then it probably won't be out for a while considering the engine just went through a rewrite.

At the Bungie Fan Fest they said more info later this year, you'll have to wait.
