Tartarus and Master Chief/ODST Wallpapers Decoded

Someone posted about this awhile back, but didn't have a full translation. That post can be found here. That person (Hybrid X Ultima) believed that the Brute wallpaper said "Jiralhanae", but was unable to decode the Human wallpaper. Another person a few threads down asked if anyone had translated these, so I went and looked at them for the first time. The person below complained about losing the Halo 2 decoder, but it was useless, because the code has changed.

When I applied the translation to "Jiralhanae" to the Brute wallpaper, I found it worked well, the letters all fit in their respective places. Using that code, I was only able to get -LA-LE-- ------ from the second one. After I looked at it a minute or so, I saw a little pattern that was quite familiar to me from the first game. Hybrid X's translation was a little off. I am quite sure that mine is correct, especially considering that we've heard this phrase before. So here it is:

If anyone finds any flaw in my translation, don't hesitate to point it out.
