Oy, this makes me glad that I don't have cable.

Since you are repentant, and since I didn't see it, I will forgive you. On one condition. I am going to e-mail you the .wav files of my totally original Elite phrases. Not normal speech lowered in pitch and reversed, but straight-from-the-voicebox dialogue with proper grammar and syntax. If about 60% of these make it into Halo 2, then you're off the hook.

That was bad. ,' ) But, honestly, who hasn't run around all day spouting Eliteian at anyone in earshot? (Note the lack of smiley face here)

Really though, it's okay. You obviously strive for perfection, and it shows. The sounds and music of Halo were truly awe inspiring, and make up half of my enjoyment of Halo. I often watch the Halo 2 announcement trailer just to hear the music (no E3 demo yet). The music of Halo is right up there with the work of John Williams, Howard Shore, and Basil Poledouris. Of course, I know you don't work alone, credit where credit is due, so let me thank you and everyone else who works to make such fantastic music and sound possible. Just let me know when you want those sound files sent, okay?
