(Elfster) i can, kind of. every is surounded by whats called an event horizon. anyhting that touches the event horizon will be either sucked into the blackhole or will frozen on the event horizon. i guess what happens depends on the strength of the signal the object gives. and i think the whole concept halos weapon is to send a signal that hits the event horizon with such force that it actually puts a hole in the event horizon. that would release an unimaginable amount of toxic radiation killing everything in the galaxy at least.
