you can drive all the way down, in single player. full shield, checkpoint can be had on third or fourth horseshoe, if you don't kill every enemie on the way to shafted area. you kill em, when they go to long window by door.

take two marines for maximum screaming. easiest way to horseshoe, throw down grenade near back of hog, get in drive toward right of horseshoes.

usually, just back up in tunnel, right up against the wall. drive till full speed, a flat spin really helps.

when you get to block, w/big hole in it, drive out, don't blast. back up hog, till ass end, just starts to hang down, then drive forward, flat spin again.

preso- two live marines, full shield, full rockets, all grenades, minus a plasma, if u use that. then when you've looked around, kill both marines, and hope for frags. toss two plasmas at ur feet, and pull trigger on rocket launcher/jump. see how far u can blast back up.

without rockets, with full shield, it's possible to jump off wort hog, back to second or third horseshoe from bottom, but your still not going anywhere.

get a good look at the tiers going down past the big block, in case you need to drive down that way. drive backwrds till you start to go down, and hit the gas forward, as u slide down.

if your new, place two hogs before you go down.
