Halo 2 and Xbox Live Anniversary
Posted By: Rampant Cowboy <viciouschicken@hotmail.com>Date: 8/31/03 4:35 p.m.

All right, I don't think that anything like this has been posted on the forum yet, but I have been known to be wrong once or twice a year, heh.

As I was perusing the TeamXbox forums, I came across this post:

textgoeshere

Look at that. I actually checked the HTML guide for your benefit. Ripped it straight out, in fact. Yet, I still guarantee nothing...

And, for those that can't be bothered to click the link, here is the gist:

Yesterday, when I went to look up new titles in our computer system, I made the discovery that Halo 2 has been deleted from our system. In its place, however, has been added "XBX-HALO 2 BUNDLE." Retailing for $19.99. And releasing on 11/15/03.

Now, the "XBX" before the name means that it is classified as being Xbox software, but does anybody know what the hell this actually is?

Is it a rumour? Of course. Is it completely, and utterly, false? Maybe. Any thoughts on this? I thought that it was interesting, and plausible enough, to pass on here.
