A T1 is 1.544 Mbps, or 188 MB/sec. (Line speeds are generally measured in bits/sec, not bytes.)

A T3 is 44.736 Mbps, or 5.6 MB/sec.

An OC-1 is 51.84 Mbps. (But it's fiber, not coax.)

An OC-3 is 155 Mbps.

10 Mbps is standard ethernet LAN speed. There aren't any WAN technologies that are about that speed... although an E-2 (four multiplexed E-1 connections, used in Europe) comes close. (about 8.5, or so.)

Cable can be as high as 52 Mbps to the ISP, but is usually limited to a maximum of 10 Mbps to an actual customer. (And is frequently lower than that, especially in areas with high numbers of subscribers.)
