The partially shaded bar must mean something too, but I'm at a loss right now. My best guess is that the bar and the number are related, but that doesn't take a lot of brainpower : P and it's been covered before. If the bar's 7/10 shaded as other seem to agree on, we could be thinking 70% of 32...32 = 70% of the bar...
32 = about _30%_ or the unshaded portion of the bar...30% of 32...I have no idea ; P.
