Wow, we came up with the same exact solution in different ways. After Grasshopper came up with ARCHIVE, I suggested that we try going counter-clockwise from the bottom number. I ended up with numbers that should have worked (<26), but nothing ROTed out of them, so I gave up on it. Then don suggested that "maybe the start becomes Z". So rather than map the numbers directly to the alphabet, I mapped their difference from 26 - to in effect map them to the alphabet, reversed - and ROTed them into OUTLINE. It worked and I was so excited to be the first one in the site until I scrolled up and saw that you had already found it while I went to the store. :)
