Glyph 2: 32.7Hz = very low "C" note in music.
Only one step there (unless you count 32 and then 7/10 -> 32.7 to be an additional step).

Also, depending on how you look at it, Glyph 4 can be a single step solution as well...ACG...missing DNA base is T. I think the reason that one took so long is because, though it was mentioned many times before, Chelsea didn't chime in untill very recently, so many (including myself) thought it incorrect and pursued other paths.

Anyway, I think part of the complexity and difficulty of this puzzle relies on things being so obvious that they can be overlooked easily. "Purloined Letter" anyone?
