Earlier on in the search for the solution, Simon Christensen , posted that ACG is a system of generating random numbers. He posted this site that explained it:http://www.dfv.rwth-aachen.de/doc/cncl/cncl_13.html#SEC13. When I saw this it got me wondering if this was in fact some clue that the numbers on the outside don't necessarily mean anything. I don't know if that's true or not, in fact it probably isn't because there are certain things about the numbers that seem to play some sort of a role. Anyway, please respond with thoughts, etc.
