Okay, sinec Glyph 6 was a letter, we can assume that the others are letters too. Maybe 74=7+4=11=K?
And also, could someone please try to figure out what Claude means here, now I won't be able to sleep for a very long time:

He's saying that we've solved two glyphs already! Or am I seeing things? Which ones...? The glyph almost solved would probably be number 2 or 4, the one not near to be solved has to be Glyph 6.....right?
