On the front page of Bungie.org, the link to Phoenix (which is next to the Halo, Oni, etc.) has an additional bit of information. If you hold your mouse over the link for a few moments, a baloon pops up that says "Phoenix — it's not your average fantasy seige." Now, onto my larger point. We have to assume that the person who put the glyphs on the website know what they are (I doubt that someone from Bungie would hack into the webpage and stick it up. I also doubt that any member of Bungie.org would put it up without first being told what it was). Also, we must remember that Bungie Studios is a game making group (for all the other information and material it has created, it's core business is still entertainment). So whatever these glyphs are must be related to a game of some sort, probably the one that they are working on in secret (when they really should be working on getting Halo out faster and more bug-free for all three platforms :).
