So if we mostly agree that ACG is about DNA/Amino acids, etc., And that the missing thing is T which is Threonine...
Then the center of glyph 4 is either "T" or the answer to "What is 3 of 9" which I think translates into 'How many times does 3 go into 9?" If so the answer there is "3"
