My bad... I didn't mean the answer was going to be numeric, just the process. I suppose I was refering to the post inwhich each dial is seen as game related and linked to the list of games under the image on b.org. There appeared to be no significance to the outer numbers too, which I think, are going to be very important in relation to the translation using the cipher key (middle element), if thats what it is ;)
