Can you still get Oni on modern systems?

I've recently decided I'd like to try that game as I heard cool things about it on the Rubicon Rampancy stream.

I don't know where to get it though or if it will run on Windows 10. Maybe it could be added to GOG along with PID, Myth and Minotaur?
