The screenshot itself might be taken from the M2 Preview or M2 Demo. The shiny gray panel texture was replaced with a rougher-looking one in the full game. Less noticeable is another Preview/Demo texture on the undersides of the white arch structures.
In addition to the dead Pfhor, I believe the green Fighter in the background is from M1 as well (which also appeared in the Preview/Demo as placeholders).

Note that the alignment of the white texture of the foremost arch is the same as in the full game, and does not match up with the Inside Mac Games cover (the platform texture on the central pillar in the cover is also not here)! So, a modified preview or demo of some sort?
