Sorry, but you'll need a whole modified version of that Plugin just for Phoenix - it uses a bunch of color tables that simply didn't exist before, so even if the Plugin worked semi-properly, you would be seeing the wrong color tables. Basically, there's two ways this could be going:
1) The game says "Woah! Those color tables are different! I need to apply these HD versions, but the colors are all wrong!" and then goes into crazy mode.
2) The game says "Okay, color tables 1-4 still exist, so I'll still apply the old color tables 1-4, regardless of any changes. As for the other color tables that simply didn't exist before -- well, I don't know what I'm gonna do with those." I think this is more plausible, but I think you'll have to ask Treellama or somebody involved in making Aleph One or the plugin about exactly what's happening - I just work here.
