I doubt you'll be able to find a serial number for it, but I did find the pre-OS X version of Snapz Pro still online. That's the only screen recorder for classic Macs I recall.

You'll have more options if you can run 9.2 in the Classic environment, and capture from the OS X side. I know that setup can work well for audio capture, although I've never tried video recording that way.
