So basically, Marathon as re-imagined by the Webmaster after a half-dozen shots of Cuervo? I'm still on board. Having seen too many franchises devolve into self-parody under new creative teams who just didn't "get it," I'd love to see one self-immolate on purpose.
And it's not like anyone would treat it as "canon," anyway, any more than a Bungie credits terminal. Not even with the barcode box sticker that decodes to "These events are so canon, they're actually completely real. UNLIKE YOUR MOM"
