To make my point clearer, I probably should have added more detail: Their argument depends on Marathon being about a an AI named Cortana and a green faceless cyborg crash-landing on a planet.
: III. Therefore, Halo 3 is a prequel to Marathon.
: IV. Therefore, Bungie's next game after Halo 3 will have to be Marathon.
