That would be because Classic is PPC only, and Apple have (much to my disgust) killed off the PPC line.
The classic MacOS was once bootable on x86. The Star Trek project, that was... back when a 486 was what non-Maccies thought of as wicked fast. Apple went with PowerPC instead.
