All publicity is good publicity. I can't believe any Marathon fan can see Rubicon X in any publication as a bad thing. The Rubicon readme is included, that should be enough. It's pretty standard these days that major publishers doesn't tell the developers if they include any of their software on CD's and such. I've seen my games on many CD's that I didn't have a clue about.
