Well, all I did was edit some color values in the standard theme and tweak the images it included. It took me a couple hours to do one night, and I have source PSD files that would make recreating it in a different layout or whatever fairly easy. Don't worry about breaking things for my sake, I can change easily, and happily if it means better tabs, font support, and so on.
