I'm on dialup, and a smaller size would be nice because I can get it and star playing faster. I don't do "overnights", but I use iGetter to download a few megs every day. It would take me 1 or 2 more days to finish downloading Rubicon X. But if there's a new scenario (Or an old scenario updated to OS X with hi-res textures) I will download it even if I have to wait a month to start playing. And (this is for ALL mapmakers) options are always good, and lower-res/smaller file size options will get more people to play your scenarios (IMHO)
