ooops... it was a SIT file. Not a ZIP! I know them thar resource forks are in there.
"No like" means A1 would load the map, but there was smearing on all surfaces and sprites floating in mid-air. (Note, not at all like the minor problems I was experiencing when the resource forks were ripped out.)
Does Win A1 look for a particular file extension to tell it that a map file is MacBinary?
