This is very easy to explain, there might be a viruse in that file, dont open anything Aleph One unless it comes from iether Aleph One's website http://source.bungie.org/
The mod creator's website, or the Orbital Arm Website
the Aleph One officail website includes the Full version of Marathon Infinity for Aleph One for Window, just go to http://source.bungie.org/get and click on the Windows XP "Window" logo (yes Aleph One works in Windows 98. Nothing should be wrong with that. It should work.
