Hmm, I downloaded it, got stuffit expander (why .sit, goran? OS X and windows both have ZIP built-in now :) for Windows, dropped the two files into my Aleph One folder, fired it up, started a new game, worked fine.

Terminal picts/credits are missing, which I half expected, but I got into the game OK. Does it crash for you right after the credits? Or do you have to run around for a while?

I assume you're using the 11/19 release.
