Excalibur 2.1 Type/Creator?

Just downloaded EMR from the Trilogy Release page, but the app is missing it's type/creator codes, as are all the associated files.

Running 8.6 - is this a known problem, or something unique to my situation?

In any case, anyone with a working copy of the classic version, could you let me know what to plug in there to get it working?
