Interesting idea. Marcus I understand as he used to be dead so it's easier for his body to lose chemicals (I assume so anyway despite being a cyborg though the OG T800 from Terminator 1 was too and all his tissue was dead before the tanker fire) and we don't really see his hair until Eternal's ending.

The Bobs are a harder sell unless Durandal gave them all hair dye after they freaked out upon waking.
