Mr. Goto,

There are concerns about taking such important proprietary technology out of the company at an early stage. The new model of silkworms and their hives have not yet been exposed to the outside world. Of course, we are aware that Traxas has legally committed to confidentiality regarding this technology and that the contract prohibits reverse engineering of silkworms and nest systems. But the other party is Traxas. We will not even be able to impose penalties on Traxas so much as to affect its bottom line.

Of course, we fully understand the scale and impact of our relationship with Traxas and the value it has to our business. We also understand that Traxas appreciates and needs our products and expertise. However, we wanted to convey our concern that providing biomata support technology and berth technology to the outside world would increase the risk of losing exclusive ownership.

You can take it as a reference opinion only. There is no need to discuss in person. Thank you for your efforts to fulfill this order and protect our interests.

Sato

Note from the Duck: Traxus seems like a huge cooperation, Sekiguchi can't even
'affect its bottom line
