I assumed that the reason for the ACME Station mission and deactivation of Pfhor sensors is precisely to stop Tycho from being able to detect the "massive structure entering a Lh'owon orbit" mentioned in Confound Delivery. That would avoid the timeline in which Tycho gets deploys trih xeem prematurely, which had resulted in Aie Mak Sicur and the conclusion of that failed timeline.
