What's the best way to share a file?

So, I've been working on my summary and analysis of Marathon Infinity's story. I'm pretty much done. It is 53 pages and about 10,000 words, haha. I've got it in a docx and pdf format.

What's the best way to share it with the Marathon community? Uploaded it to a file storage somewhere? Put it up on a blog? Email it to Hamish?
