There used to be an article about Wikipedia scenarios generally, including EMR in it, but that was deleted as being not notable or well-sourced. It looks like EMR has some coverage in notable sources justifying its own article, but it would probably easily fail an AFD (Article For Deletion proposal) if anyone cared to put it to one, given that the page on Gnop was deemed not notable enough not too long ago, and that's more notable than EMR.
